Very sorry for the problem. Will resolve it when I get time.

Many thanks for all the emails and missives asking after my health. I am absolutely fine and have not deserted my tale. The final chapter was nearing completion before Christmas but events in real life, not least work have over whelmed me. I am hoping to get time before March to polish it off and send it to my editor for the once over.

I know you all earnestly hope Daniel can get back control of his life and be allowed to wear trousers again whilst putting the dreadful Mr Harding in his place. Keep your fingers crossed.

Poor Daniel’s fantasy life has turned into an unmitigated nightmare and, as you will see in part seven, may get worse before he has any hope of it getting better.

The Hotel Ltd has released these pictures from their archive showing some of the very earliest maids in training.
