Chaste and Impure’s idea of buying anonymnously on Amazon does work. As said, create an Amazon Account with a fresh email address, you dont have to add your real address. Go to a store and buy an Amzon gift card, then use the number form that to add money to your anonymous amazon account. Final stage but Sir says by Deborah Ford :).

Many people are reticent to buy online with credit cards. The solution for Amazon is to purchase gift cards via a retail store and create an account at Amazon that only uses these gift cards.

Sadly this no longer works as Amazon now demands a phone number to open an account. Deborah, maybe you can accept an Amazon gift card directly and sell your books over email?
I will look into setting up a way to sell directly from my website through a third party, to maintain as much anonymity and safety as possible. Give me a couple of weeks please.

Paypal can be reasonably anonymous
maybe you can setup something manual first, like take a gift card, manually verify it and mail the book or something?
Sadly gift cards can only be used for the place you brought it from.
I am not a mega business, so cannot issue gift cards either.
But it might be possible through paypal. Looking at possibilties now
