A very good question! It must be something to do with white’s association with innocence and purity. But the position and situation too is important. I like these pictures in an empty room. It looks as though the Master is moving; all the furniture has gone, and only the slave/sissy/wife is left, waiting for the specialist removers to come and box ‘her’ up and ship ‘her’ out.
